Quotes & Pricing

- Every project starts with a free, no-obligation quote
- The detailed quote is valid for 30 days from its issue date
- Payment is made according to the terms agreed upon in the quote (deposit + balance)
- Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, Wave, Orange Money
Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, logos, videos, source code, design) is the exclusive property of TeraLink Ubuntu and is protected by Senegalese and international intellectual property laws.
- Any reproduction, distribution, or use of the content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited
- Deliverables created as part of a client project are transferred to the client after full payment
- TeraLink Ubuntu reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed
Limitation of Liability

- Failing amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Ziguinchor, Senegal
